What if you could combine different traditions to create a unique flavor?
This is exactly what we wanted to achieve at The Heights Eatery.
Our journey began when the owner, Jimmy, opened The Heights Food Truck. It didn’t take long for them to become Jersey’s favorites, and received some of the highest ratings on platforms like Grubhub/Seamless. Back in 2011, Jimmy started his gourmet eatery in Jersey City, with a focus on great hotdogs, burgers and sausages. He was always passionate about Chinese food, growing up he learned the culinary arts of Chinese bistro, so it was always natural for him to include that as well.
